I started this site, about 2 yrs ago. It was first call Fit & Nutri, at the time I republished post on healthy eating, nutrition , exercises , then later on I decided to add misc. which is short for miscellaneous, because I wanted to extend on more topics like educational topics, sciences, geography and my latest now is on religion.
